The bill amends Section 44-3-3 of the General Laws in Chapter 44-3, which addresses property subject to taxation, by adding a specific exemption for the real and tangible personal property of AS220, a Rhode Island nonprofit corporation. This exemption applies to properties located in the city of Providence, specifically at the following addresses: 95 Empire Street (Assessors Plat 25, Lot 462), 103 Empire Street (Assessors Plat 25, Lot 314-EX and Lot 314-TX), 115 Empire Street (Assessors Plat 25, Lot 315-EX and Lot 315-TX), 121 Washington Street (Assessors Plat 25, Lot 219-8LAW and Lot 219-TX), and 125 Washington Street (Assessors Plat 25, Lot 170-8LAW and Lot 170).

The act will take effect upon passage.
