In addition to his career with the Warwick Police Department, Chief Connor served as the Director of Security at Women & Infants Hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic before returning to the police department as Chief in 2021. The resolution acknowledges his educational background, including a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from St. Anselm College, and his involvement in community organizations, such as the Boys and Girls Club of Warwick. The Senate expresses gratitude for his exemplary service and directs the Secretary of State to provide a certified copy of the resolution to Chief Connor.
