The Rhode Island General Assembly has introduced a resolution, SR 1150, to congratulate Warwick Police Chief Colonel Bradford Connor on his upcoming retirement, scheduled for June 29, 2025, after over 27 years of service to the city. Chief Connor began his law enforcement career in 1996 with the Warwick Police Department, where he made significant contributions to the Community Services Division and held various leadership roles, including Deputy Police Chief. He also served as the Director of Security at Women & Infants Hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic. Chief Connor returned to the Warwick Police Department as Police Chief in 2021. The resolution expresses gratitude for his distinguished career and contributions to law enforcement and authorizes the Secretary of State to send a certified copy of the resolution to Chief Connor.
