Notable individuals mentioned include Camille Teixeira, the General Chair of the Committee; Captain Dick Devault, the Chief Marshal for 2025; and Ava Valenzuela and Scarlett Tucker, who are recognized as Miss Fourth of July and Little Miss Fourth of July, respectively. The Senate has directed the Secretary of State to send certified copies of the resolution to these individuals in recognition of their contributions.
