This bill authorizes Daniel Vaca to solemnize the marriage of Kaley Erin OConnor and James John Pawelski on or about October 12, 2025, within the City of Newport, Rhode Island. The act specifies that this authorization is granted notwithstanding any other general or special law. It will take effect upon passage.
