In the final match, the Ponaganset team overcame a 10-point deficit in the second quarter and a 9-point deficit in the fourth quarter, ultimately forcing overtime. Key contributions from players, including performances from freshmen Malia Ellis and Javiana Stec, were instrumental in their victory. The resolution acknowledges the collective effort and teamwork that led to this accomplishment, highlighting the contributions of all team members and the coaching of Gary Martinelli. The House of Representatives directs the Secretary of State to transmit a certified copy of the resolution to Coach Martinelli.
