The bill amends Section 31-23.3-4 of the General Laws concerning "Nontransparent Windshields and Windows" by adding a new exemption. Specifically, it exempts any motor vehicle registered in Rhode Island that is owned and operated by a member of the Rhode Island judiciary from the restrictions on nontransparent windshields and windows.
