The bill amends Section 42-155-6 of the General Laws under the "Quasi-Public Corporations Accountability and Transparency Act" to enhance transparency requirements for quasi-public corporations. Key provisions include the requirement for public access to compensation comparability studies of executive and senior management, current and approved salaries, agendas and minutes of open meetings (including all documents to be discussed), quarterly and annual contracting reports, an organizational chart, a list of current salaries and positions, all reports and audits required by the chapter or other general laws, and any and all policies and procedures established by board members. The act will take effect upon passage.
