It establishes that the office of law revision shall identify, on a yearly basis, any decisions or rulings of the United States Supreme Court that would require amendments to any state statutes or general laws, and shall inform each chamber of the General Assembly of those decisions or rulings.

Additionally, the bill provides for the enactment of supplemental reenactments by the law revision director, which will be considered continuations of previously enacted public laws, ensuring that all rights and remedies remain intact. In the event of a conflict between a newly passed act and an amendment from a reenactment, the newly passed act will take precedence. The provisions from the reenactments will take effect on December 31 of the year they are enacted. The enactment of this section does not repeal prior chapters of public laws that have been adopted to reenact the general laws. The act will take effect upon passage.
