The bill amends Section 42-17.1-2 of the General Laws to establish an agricultural restricted receipt account within the Department of Environmental Management. It grants the division of agriculture the authority to collect agricultural fees, which will be deposited into this account and used solely for authorized purposes as determined by the advisory committee established under the bill. The advisory committee will assist in determining suggested uses of the funds in the account. The act will take effect upon passage.
