Throughout his life, Mr. Gray was actively involved in numerous philanthropic and community organizations, serving in leadership roles such as President of the Kingston Potter Trust and the Narragansett Chamber of Commerce. He also held elected positions, including President of the South Kingstown Town Council and Rhode Island State Senator. The resolution honors Mr. Gray's contributions to the state and acknowledges the positive impact he had on those around him. The Senate has authorized the Secretary of State to send a certified copy of the resolution to his family.
