This bill authorizes Ryan Kenny and Brenna Sorkin to solemnize the marriage of Simran Bhajan Nebhnani and Louis Charles Miyara in Newport, Rhode Island, on or about April 26, 2025. The bill explicitly states that, notwithstanding any other laws, Kenny and Sorkin are empowered to perform this marriage in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, which governs the solemnization of marriages.
