Ms. O'Neil, who holds a Bachelor's degree in Education and various certifications in Early Childhood Special Education, has been teaching for over twenty years, with the last six at Oakland Beach Elementary School. She is an advocate for STEAM education, participates in numerous educational committees and initiatives, and fosters a classroom environment that emphasizes social-emotional learning, creating a "school family" atmosphere.
