The Senate of the State of Rhode Island has expressed profound sorrow over the untimely death of Cole Andrew Constant, a resident of the Town of Cumberland. Cole was deeply loved by his parents, Andrew and Brittany Constant, his brothers Quinn and Leo, his grandparents, and a large extended family of aunts, uncles, and cousins. His life, though brief, was marked by joy, love, and the ability to make others appreciate the small wonders of life. Cole's fondness for music, bubbles, watching his siblings, and his visits to Bizzy Bee Therapy, along with his humor and smile, have left indelible memories with his family and friends.

In response to this tragic loss, the Senate has resolved to extend its deepest sympathies to the Constant family and to honor Cole's memory. The resolution also directs the Secretary of State to send certified copies of this resolution to Cole's parents, Andrew and Brittany Constant, and his grandparents, Darlene and Rene Leduc, and Beth and David Constant, as a gesture of condolence and recognition of the impact Cole's life had on those around him.
