This Property Tax Reform Package consists of six bills aimed at making meaningful and common-sense reforms to Pennsylvania's property tax system while we continue to debate greater-encompassing solutions. Taxpayers and homeowners are struggling, and while we can't solve every problem overnight, we can take practical steps right now to make property taxes more predictable, protect homeowners from unnecessary increases, and help Pennsylvanians afford to stay in the homes they've worked so hard to own.
