In the near future I plan on introducing legislation that will amend the Tax Reform Code to authorize a deduction for contributions made to a child’s Trump Account.  Allowing family members to deduct contribution to a child’s Trump Account from their Personal Income Tax will encourage more parents and families to contribute to their child’s future success. 
 
Helping the children of Pennsylvania get a head start on saving for the future is something we can all get behind, and with the federal government starting each of our children out with an initial one thousand dollars, building off of that head start is something we should all support.
