In the near future, I plan to introduce legislation to exempt agritourism activities from stormwater fees throughout the Commonwealth. I have an agritourism business in my community that is receiving pushback from its local municipality regarding crushed rock on their property for a parking lot that would otherwise destroy the business’ fields when the field are muddy.

To help out agritourism activities I believe they should be exempt from their property being assessed for stormwater management fees because they provide a valuable service to our communities.
