In the near future, we plan to introduce a condolence resolution honoring the life of Central Berks Regional Police Officer Kristen Yeager who gave her life in the line of duty on May 29, 2026, at the age of 42.
 
On Friday, May 29, 2026, Officer Yeager was responding to an emergency assistance request from a neighboring police department when she was killed in an automobile accident.
 
Officer Yeager served with several Berks County Police Departments, most recently serving with the Central Berks Regional Police Department.
 
Officer Yeager served the community selflessly, and she will not be forgotten.
