This bill authorizes the Department of General Services, with the Governor's approval, to grant and convey approximately 7.92 acres of land and buildings in the City of Hermitage, formerly known as Hickory Township, Mercer County, to the City of Hermitage for a fair market value of $920,000. The property, which includes the former Hermitage Pennsylvania National Guard Readiness Center, is described in detail within the bill, including its boundaries and previous ownership. The conveyance will be subject to various easements, conditions, and restrictions, including a prohibition on using the property as a licensed facility as defined by state law.

Additionally, the bill stipulates that the conveyance will be executed via a special warranty deed, with all associated costs and fees to be borne by the grantee. If the conveyance is not completed within 24 months, the property may be disposed of through a competitive bidding process. Proceeds from the sale will be deposited into the State Armory Fund. The act is set to take effect immediately upon passage.
