Veteran Service Officers (VSOs) help veterans access critical benefits, but the current grant cycle is not aligned with the calendar year, creating budgeting and planning challenges that can disrupt services.

I believe we should align VSO Grant Programs with the calendar year, allowing organizations to better manage funding and operate more efficiently. Improving grant alignment will strengthen service delivery and ensure veterans receive consistent, timely support across the Commonwealth.
