I will soon be introducing a resolution recognizing April 12th-18th, 2026 as Architecture Week in Pennsylvania hosted by AIA Pennsylvania.

As many of you know, I served as an architect for over 35 years before making my turn into politics. This week serves as an opportunity to celebrate the rich architectural history of Pennsylvania and recognize the importance and appreciation of architects in PA. AIA Pennsylvania has promoted design excellence for more than 85 years, championing policies that benefit and empower Pennsylvania’s architects.

Architects know the importance of building through partnership, and I ask for your consideration in co-sponsoring this resolution.
