Every spring Pennsylvanians across the state begin a time honored tradition, Spring Cleaning.  As winter turns to spring it is time to air out our homes and clean up the salt and grime from winter as leaves begin to return to the trees.  That is what I am proposing legislation that will create a spring cleaning sales tax holiday starting July 1st and ending December 31st so that families across the stay can stock up on all the essentials in preparation for spring to arrive next year that is if Punxsutawney Phil ever lets spring arrive.
