Halloween marks the unofficial end of fall and is known for costumes, parades, and trick or treating.  Every year Pennsylvanians spend millions buying costumes, pumpkins, candy and decorations to celebrate in order to create the spooky atmosphere the holiday is known for.
 
That is why I am going to be introducing legislation that would create a sales tax holiday that would allow the residents of Pennsylvania to purchase everything they need to create that spooky atmosphere without sales tax
