In the near future, I will be introducing legislation to reaffirm and clarify that the Turnpike Commission can share information collected through its automated tolling system with law enforcement in specific cases.

We need to ensure that our law enforcement has as many tools as possible to assist in the recovery of abducted children and other missing persons that are at special risk of harm or injury.  Therefore, my bill would make it clear that vehicle information relating to Amber Alerts or Missing Endangered Person Advisory System Alerts is permitted to be shared by the Turnpike Commission to law enforcement in the Commonwealth that are investigating these missing persons cases.
