In 1968, Pennsylvania’s constitution was amended and the General Assembly was made a full-time legislature. Today, forty other states manage with a part-time legislature and so can we. 

To remedy this problem, I will be introducing legislation to amend the Pennsylvania constitution and return the Pennsylvania General Assembly to part-time status.
