We will be introducing legislation requiring the Pennsylvania Department of State to submit a report to the General Assembly regarding complaints relating to any election held after the enactment of this legislation, including:

(1) Complaints submitted to the PA Department of State Bureau of Commissions, Elections and Legislation;
(2) Complaints submitted to the PA Department of State through the department's formal election complaint publicly accessible internet website, and;
(3) Complaints submitted to the PA Department of State through the voter hotline.

The information in the report shall include the complaint, polling precinct and county in which the complaint originated, and what actions the Department took in regards to the complaint.
