Additionally, the bill stipulates that upon the recording of declarations for condominiums, cooperatives, and planned communities, the declarants must submit statements to the respective planning agencies with similar information. This aims to enhance transparency and ensure that local ordinances, regulations, and building codes are consistently applied across different forms of property ownership. The act will take effect 60 days after its passage.
