Furthermore, the deadline for the township secretary to publish concise financial information has been changed from April 15 to July 15. This publication must include essential financial data such as total assets, liabilities, and net position, as well as revenue and expenses for the previous year. If the full financial statements are not published, copies must be provided to the newspaper upon request. The act is set to take effect in 60 days.
