Additionally, the requirement for participating Career and Technical Centers (CTCs) and secondary schools to report to the State Board of Cosmetology has been modified to require annual reporting starting June 1, rather than a specific end date in 2025.

The bill ensures that all activities, orders, regulations, and agreements established under the pilot program will continue uninterrupted under the new permanent program. This includes the preservation of contracts and collective bargaining agreements that were in place during the pilot phase. The act is set to take effect immediately upon passage.
