This bill amends the Public School Code of 1949 to establish the Cosmetology Training Through Career and Technical Center Program as a permanent initiative, transitioning from its previous status as a pilot program. The amendments include the removal of the term "Pilot" from the program's title and the deletion of the expiration date for reporting requirements, which now mandates that participating Career and Technical Centers (CTCs) and secondary schools report annually to the State Board of Cosmetology starting June 1 each year.

Additionally, the bill clarifies that all activities and regulations initiated under the pilot program will continue uninterrupted under the new program structure. Existing orders, regulations, and agreements made during the pilot phase will remain in effect, ensuring that contracts and collective bargaining agreements are not affected by this transition. The act is set to take effect immediately upon passage.
