Additionally, the bill mandates the Pennsylvania State Police to establish regulations for conducting compliance checks, which must include Pennsylvania Liquor Stores. It outlines the procedures for notifying licensed sellers of liquor regarding their compliance status following these checks. The bill also requires an annual report on compliance check activities to be submitted to relevant legislative committees. The provisions introduced in this bill will expire five years from the effective date.
