Colleagues,

As we respond nationwide to our constituents' mandate to rid the government of excess, waste, fraud and abuse, I believe it is incumbent upon us to do the same at the state level. In addition to a state-level DOGE bill, in the near future, I will also be introducing a bill that requires all state documents to be printed only in the official language of the United States. This effort will save taxpayers money, reduce waste, and help the environment. As we aim to close a multi-billion dollar deficit, every effort and increment matters.
