This bill authorizes the Department of General Services, with the Governor's approval, to grant and convey approximately 2.857 acres of land and buildings located in the City of Harrisburg, Dauphin County, to the Susquehanna Regional Transportation Authority for a price of $340,000. The conveyance will be subject to specific terms and conditions outlined in an agreement of sale, including the requirement that the property cannot be used as a licensed facility or similar type of facility as defined by state law. If this condition is violated, the title to the property will revert to the Commonwealth.

Additionally, the bill allows the Secretary of General Services to include any necessary covenants, conditions, or restrictions in the deed of conveyance to protect the Commonwealth's interests. It also permits the Department to grant or retain easements as deemed appropriate. The costs associated with the conveyance will be the responsibility of the grantee, and if the conveyance is not executed within 24 months, the property may be sold through a competitive bidding process. Proceeds from the sale will be deposited into the General Fund. The act is set to take effect immediately upon passage.
