This bill amends Title 42 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to establish concurrent jurisdiction for juvenile matters occurring on military installations. A new section, 6329, is added to clarify that Pennsylvania courts will have concurrent jurisdiction with Federal courts over cases involving violations of Federal law committed by minors on military bases, provided that the Federal court waives its exclusive jurisdiction and the violation is also a crime under Pennsylvania law.
