Dear Colleagues,

While it may seem mundane, few things are more irritating than arguing with Postal Workers every time you need to mail a legal notice. Current language in the Eminent Domain code requires that notice be provided by Registered Mail. Registered Mail is typically reserved for items of value. Certified Mail is the more appropriate method for such notice, and while commonly used, is technically in violation of the law. Please join me in correcting this issue ---
