The cost of attending concerts and sporting events has gotten more expensive over time, specifically the cost of bottled water. When attending these events, it's crucial that people stay hydrated, especially during the hot summer months with outdoor sporting events and concerts. The lack of water, severe heat, and physical activity like dancing can be a dangerous combination.

Our legislation will set a maximum price that entertainment venues can charge for bottled water. The maximum prices will be:

$2.00 for bottled water of 16 ounces or less.
$2.50 for bottled water of 16.01 to 19.99 ounces.
$3.00 for bottled water of 20 to 23.99 ounces.
$4.00 for bottled water of 24 ounces or more.

Every five years, these prices would be reevaluated to keep up with the price of inflation.

With this legislation, everyone will be able to stay hydrated and enjoy their favorite sporting event, concert, or other entertainment activities at a reasonable price.

Please join us in supporting this legislation to ensure everyone can stay hydrated at an affordable price.
