AN ACT
1 Amending Title 4 (Amusements) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, in Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, further
3 providing for regulatory authority of board; and, in
4 administration, further providing for regulatory authority of
5 board.
6 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
7 hereby enacts as follows:
8 Section 1. Sections 1207 and 3302(a) of Title 4 of the
9 Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes are amended by adding
10 paragraphs to read:
11 § 1207. Regulatory authority of board.
12 The board shall have the power and its duties shall be to:

14 (31) Adopt and promulgate regulations to establish
15 mechanisms by which a player may place a limit on the amount
16 of money being wagered on a slot machine or during any
17 specified time period or the amount of money lost during any
18 specified time period.
19 § 3302. Regulatory authority of board.
20 (a) General rule.--The board shall have the power and duty:

2 (18) To promulgate rules and regulations to establish
3 mechanisms by which a player may place a limit on the amount
4 of money being wagered on a video gaming terminal or during
5 any specified time period or the amount of money lost during
6 any specified time period.

8 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
