AN ACT
1 Designating a bridge, identified as Pennsylvania Route 443
2 bridge, over the Little Schuylkill River, located in Walker
3 Township, Schuylkill County, as the William Hoffman Memorial
4 Bridge; designating a bridge, identified as Park Road Bridge,
5 located in Wyomissing, Berks County, as the Joseph Walker
6 Memorial Bridge; designating a bridge on U.S. Route 209 over
7 Middle Creek, located in Polk Township, Monroe County, as the
8 Charles Gardner Memorial Bridge; designating a bridge, also
9 known as the Bridge Street Bridge, located in Weissport
10 Borough, Carbon County, as the Ralph Strubinger Memorial
11 Bridge; designating a bridge, identified as U.S. Route 422
12 Bridge, over the Little Cacoosing Creek, located in Lower
13 Heidelberg Township, Berks County, and South Heidelberg
14 Township, Berks County, as the Wilbur Bohn Memorial Bridge;
15 designating a bridge, on Little Mountain Road over the Little
16 Catawissa Creek, located in Union Township, Schuylkill
17 County, as the Joseph Zienkiewicz Memorial Bridge;
18 designating a bridge, on Pennsylvania Route 191 over Brodhead
19 Creek, located in Stroud Township, Monroe County, as the
20 Gordon Brink Memorial Bridge; designating a bridge, on
21 Pennsylvania Route 924 over the railroad, located in
22 Gilberton Borough, Monroe County, as the Walter Skubel
23 Memorial Bridge; designating a bridge, on Pennsylvania Route
24 512 over the Monocacy Creek, located in Bethlehem City,
25 Northampton County, as the Raphael Rivera Memorial Bridge;
26 and designating a bridge on Pennsylvania Route 443 over the
27 Schuylkill River, located in Schuylkill Haven Borough,
28 Schuylkill County, as the Caitlin McGarry Memorial Bridge.
29 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
30 hereby enacts as follows:
 1 Section 1. William Hoffman Memorial Bridge.
2 (a) Designation.--The bridge, identified as Pennsylvania
3 Route 443 bridge, over the Little Schuylkill River, located in
4 Walker Township, Schuylkill County, is designated the William
5 Hoffman Memorial Bridge.
6 (b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and
7 maintain appropriate signs displaying the name of the bridge to
8 traffic in both directions on the bridge.
9 Section 2. Joseph Walker Memorial Bridge.
10 (a) Designation.--The bridge, identified as Park Road
11 Bridge, located in Wyomissing, Berks County, is designated the
12 Joseph Walker Memorial Bridge.
13 (b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and
14 maintain appropriate signs displaying the name of the bridge to
15 traffic in both directions on the bridge.
16 Section 3. Charles Gardner Memorial Bridge.
17 (a) Designation.--The bridge, on U.S. Route 209 over Middle
18 Creek, located in Polk Township, Monroe County, is designated
19 the Charles Gardner Memorial Bridge.
20 (b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and
21 maintain appropriate signs displaying the name of the bridge to
22 traffic in both directions on the bridge.
23 Section 4. Ralph Strubinger Memorial Bridge.
24 (a) Designation.--The bridge, also known as the Bridge
25 Street Bridge, located in Weissport Borough, Carbon County, is
26 designated the Ralph Strubinger Memorial Bridge.
27 (b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and
28 maintain appropriate signs displaying the name of the bridge to
29 traffic in both directions on the bridge.
30 Section 5. Wilbur Bohn Memorial Bridge.

 1 (a) Designation.--The bridge, identified as U.S. Route 422
2 Bridge, over the Little Cacoosing Creek, located in Lower
3 Heidelberg Township, Berks County, and South Heidelberg
4 Township, Berks County, is designated the Wilbur Bohn Memorial
5 Bridge.
6 (b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and
7 maintain appropriate signs displaying the name of the bridge to
8 traffic in both directions on the bridge.
9 Section 6. Joseph Zienkiewicz Memorial Bridge.
10 (a) Designation.--The bridge, on Little Mountain Road over
11 the Little Catawissa Creek, located in Union Township,
12 Schuylkill County, is designated the Joseph Zienkiewicz Memorial
13 Bridge.
14 (b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and
15 maintain appropriate signs displaying the name of the bridge to
16 traffic in both directions on the bridge.
17 Section 7. Gordon Brink Memorial Bridge.
18 (a) Designation.--The bridge, on Pennsylvania Route 191 over
19 Brodhead Creek, located in Stroud Township, Monroe County, is
20 designated the Gordon Brink Memorial Bridge.
21 (b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and
22 maintain appropriate signs displaying the name of the bridge to
23 traffic in both directions on the bridge.
24 Section 8. Walter Skubel Memorial Bridge.
25 (a) Designation.--The bridge, on Pennsylvania Route 924 over
26 the railroad, located in Gilberton Borough, Monroe County, is
27 designated the Walter Skubel Memorial Bridge.
28 (b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and
29 maintain appropriate signs displaying the name of the bridge to
30 traffic in both directions on the bridge.

 1 Section 9. Raphael Rivera Memorial Bridge.
2 (a) Designation.--The bridge, on Pennsylvania Route 512 over
3 the Monocacy Creek, located in Bethlehem City, Northampton
4 County, is designated the Raphael Rivera Memorial Bridge.
5 (b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and
6 maintain appropriate signs displaying the name of the bridge to
7 traffic in both directions on the bridge.
8 Section 10. Caitlin McGarry Memorial Bridge.
9 (a) Designation.--The bridge, on Pennsylvania Route 443 over
10 the Schuylkill River, located in Schuylkill Haven Borough,
11 Schuylkill County, is designated the Caitlin McGarry Memorial
12 Bridge.
13 (b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and
14 maintain appropriate signs displaying the name of the bridge to
15 traffic in both directions on the bridge.
16 Section 11. Effective date.
17 This act shall take effect in 60 days.
