AN ACT
1 Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, in hunting and furtaking, providing for harvesting
3 of certain antlered deer by senior license holders; and
4 abrogating regulations.
5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6 hereby enacts as follows:
7 Section 1. Title 34 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
8 Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
9 § 2330. Harvesting of certain antlered deer by senior license
10 holders.
11 (a) General rule.--Notwithstanding any law, regulation or
12 rule to the contrary, a senior license holder may harvest an
13 antlered deer with two or more points on one antler or a spike
14 three or more inches in length.
15 (b) Definition.--As used in this subsection, the term
16 "point" shall have the meaning given the term in 58 Pa. Code §
17 131.2 (relating to definitions).
18 Section 2. Any regulation or rule which conflicts with the
19 addition of 34 Pa.C.S. § 2330 is abrogated.
1 Section 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
