Requires the Department of Human Services to review the statutes of this state to identify all instances of required background checks, similarities and differences in the different background checks, and report on options to consolidate and reduce the number of different background checks for similar purposes or programs. Directs the department to submit findings to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to human services not later than September 15, 2026.
