Modifies the Oregon Behavioral Health Deflection Program. Provides that the Oregon Criminal Justice Commission makes funding decisions on grant recipients based on recommendations from the Improving People's Access to Community-based Treatment, Supports and Services Grant Review Committee.
Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
