Authorizes the Department of Revenue to disclose information to the Employment Department for purposes of administering the paid family and medical leave insurance program. Makes provisions requiring reports required to be filed by employers with the Department of Revenue consistent across agency programs. Removes the requirement that the Department of Revenue must determine contribution payment methods by rule. Authorizes the Division of Child Support of the Department of Justice to release reporting information on newly hired employees to the Employment Department. Includes a program eligibility determination in purposes for which a county supervisory authority must submit defendant information to the Director of the Employment Department.
Applies to information disclosed and reports required on or after January 1, 2023.
Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
