Modifies definition of "oral or anal sexual intercourse" for purposes of sex crimes. Expands crime of using a child in a display of sexually explicit conduct to include when person knowingly creates] records in visual recording of sexually explicit conduct involving] child participating or engaging in sexually explicit conduct. Punishes by maximum of 20 years' imprisonment, $375,000 fine, or both. Modifies crimes of unlawful sexual penetration in the first and second degrees. Provides that any object, including body part of actor, may be used in commission of offense. Prohibits entry of separate convictions when multiple charges based on one penetrative act.
