Permits Electrical and Elevator Board to determine fitness of person who holds journeyman electrician license or equivalent license issued by governmental authority that regulates electrical trades in another state. Permits Department of Consumer and Business Services to issue license to applicant that board determines is fit.
Provides that State Plumbing Board may issue journeyman plumber license to applicant who holds journeyman plumber license or equivalent license issued by governmental authority that regulates plumbing trade in another state.
Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
