This bill designates the interchange of Interstate 35 and Indian Hills Road in Cleveland County as the "Toby Keith Memorial Interchange." It mandates that the Department of Transportation place suitable markers at the interchange to commemorate this designation. The new legal language will be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.501 of Title 69.

The bill also establishes an effective date for this designation, which will take effect on November 1, 2026.
