This bill designates several roads and bridges in Oklahoma as memorials to honor various individuals. Specifically, it establishes the "Captain Hunter Blaine Memorial Bridge," the "PFC William Tony Brock Memorial Highway," the "SFC Elijah Parish Memorial Bridge," the "PFC Roy Leon Sheppard USMC Memorial Highway," the "Robert L. Campbell Memorial Bridge," the "SGT Bedford Lee Drinnon Memorial Highway," the "Pat Turner Memorial Highway," the "Former Mayor Jeff Shockley Memorial Highway," the "Theresa C.
