The Judea and Samaria Act establishes a new section in the Oklahoma Statutes that prohibits state agencies from using the term "West Bank" in official government materials when referring to the territories known as Judea and Samaria, which are defined as the land controlled by Israel since the Six-Day War in 1967. The act specifies that "official government material" includes any guidance, rule, or communication prepared by a state agency.

An exception to this prohibition allows the executive head of a state agency to waive the restriction if they determine it is in the state's best interest, provided they submit a written explanation to key state leaders within thirty days of making that determination. The act is set to take effect on November 1, 2026.
