This bill establishes a new legal provision in Oklahoma law that creates a lien for individuals or entities who allow others to use or occupy real property for the purpose of utilizing a manufactured home, provided there is no existing agreement between the property owner and the manufactured home owner. Specifically, if the owner of the manufactured home does not exercise ownership or control over the home for a period of 120 days or more, the person, firm, or corporation allowing the use of the property will have a lien for the fair rental value of the manufactured home. This lien can be enforced similarly to existing liens under Section 97 of Title 42.

The bill is set to be codified as Section 97.1 of Title 42 in the Oklahoma Statutes and will take effect on November 1, 2026.
