This bill designates the bridge on U.S. Highway 64 Business that crosses over the railroad in Muskogee, Muskogee County, as the "Charlie Randolph Memorial Bridge." It mandates that the Department of Transportation install appropriate markers displaying this designation on the bridge. The new legal language will be codified as Section 1698.510 of Title 69 in the Oklahoma Statutes.

The bill is set to take effect on November 1, 2026.
