It specifies that the protections do not apply to employees covered by the Administrative Workers Compensation Act and that liability may still exist if an individual commits acts of willful or wanton disregard for safety or intentionally injures another person engaged in off-road motorcycle activities. The act is set to take effect on November 1, 2026.
