This bill amends the Oklahoma Milk and Milk Products Act by expanding the scope of permissible sales of raw, unpasteurized milk. It removes the previous limitation on incidental sales, allowing for the direct sale of unpasteurized cow, goat, sheep, donkey, and horse milk to consumers without a gallon limit. The bill specifies that these sales can occur at various locations, including the farm of production, feed stores, restaurants, farmers' markets, and through delivery from the farm.

Additionally, the bill clarifies that advertising for the sale of these types of raw milk is permitted and does not restrict farmers or producers from making cheese using milk or cream produced on their farms. The effective date for this legislation is set for November 1, 2026.
