Additionally, the bill updates the maximum number of full-time-equivalent employees for the Oklahoma New Motor Vehicle Commission from 6 to 12 and for the Oklahoma Used Motor Vehicle, Dismantler, and Manufactured Housing Commission from 15 to 18.

The bill also clarifies definitions and procedures related to the denial, suspension, or revocation of licenses by the Commission, ensuring that the Commission has the authority to compel the production of records and subpoena witnesses. Furthermore, it specifies that temporary employees working for the Oklahoma Used Motor Vehicle, Dismantler, and Manufactured Housing Commission between November 1 and January 31 will not count towards the maximum employee limits. The act is set to become effective on November 1, 2026.
